Professional experience

Member of the legal and tax team of SW Consulting Chile Ltda.

His practice is mainly focused on tax litigation, with relevant experience in the preparation of legal defenses before the Internal Revenue Service in various administrative proceedings; before the General Treasury of the Republic; and judicial proceedings before the Tax and Customs Courts.

Sebastián began his professional career as an intern at SW Chile during the year 2023. Subsequently, during the year 2024, he worked as a tax attorney in the same firm.
