Professional experience
Between 1999 and 2004, lawyer in the International Standards Department of the SII in the application and interpretation of international tax rules.
21 years of professional experience in tax matters, 12 of which he was a leading partner of BDO Tax & Legal. He has been ad-honorem advisor to the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII) between 2008 and 2014.
Former representative of Chile to the OECD Tax Forum, Paris, France and Mexico City, Mexico. Consultant to the IDB for Nicaragua and to the National Superintendency of Tax Administration (SUNAT) of Peru.
- Professor of Tax Law at undergraduate level at the Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
Professor at the University of Santiago (USACH) in the Master in Tax Planning and Management. - Professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile of LLM Magister en Derecho, mention in Tax Law.
