Professional experience
Between 1999 and 2004, lawyer of the International Standards Department of the SII in the application and interpretation of international tax rules.
21 years of professional experience in tax matters, 12 of which he was a leading partner of Tax & Legal at BDO. He has been ad-honorem counsel of the Internal Revenue Service (SII) between 2008 and 2014.
He was representative of Chile to the OECD Tax Forum, Paris, France and Mexico City, Mexico. Consultant of the IDB for Nicaragua and of the National Superintendency of Tax Administration (SUNAT) of Peru.
