Professional experience
From 1998 and 2002, Lawyer at the International Tax Audit Department of the National Enforcement Division, and at the Large Taxpayer Division (DGC) of the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII).
21 years of professional expertise in tax issues, acting as tax lawyer at Enersis S.A. (currently Enel Americas), Country Tax Manager at AES Gener S.A., and Corporate Tax Director at Antofagasta Minerals S.A. He also headed the Litigation and Controversy Department of the Tax & Legal Area of Deloitte Chile.
Representative of Chile to the Annual Congress of IFA in Paris, France 2011, and co-author of the Chilean Annual Report.
He was professor of Corporate and International Taxation at the School of Law of Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
