Professional experience
He began his professional career at BDO Auditores y Consultores Ltda. In his development he has led important audit projects, convergences to IFRS, Due Diligence, and internal control audit in clients of real estate, construction, agribusiness, port, mills, movable capital, municipal corporations, among others.
Maximiliano has participated as an instructor in IFRS training, preparation and consolidation of financial statements, for production and construction companies.

Maximiliano is Public Accountant (CPA) and Auditor from Universidad Católica de Temuco. He is Senior of Financial Audit.
He holds Diploma in IFRS Accounting from Universidad de Chile.
International certification in IFRS – Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
