Professional Experience

Real Estate Consultant and Wealth Advisor, with more than 15 years of experience in negotiation and structuring of real estate transactions and property law. Law graduate from Universidad de Chile.

He was General Director of Corredora Factor Propiedades Limitada for 9 years and General Director and Consultant at Urbana Consultores SPA for 4 years.

He has managed transactions for more than 50 U$MM and manages the direct administration of rental properties valued over 10 U$MM.

He advises, structures and coordinates real estate investments of B&R, BRRRR, Fix&Flip and development projects to increase housing density or for commercial operations.
