Professional experience
Tax & Legal Manager and Leader of the Legal and Tax Team at SW Chile, with over 15 years of professional experience, including 9 years dedicated to tax advisory, defense and litigation. In her current position, she leads the team and the Tax Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, directing and defining legal and evidentiary strategies for the defense of taxpayers in proceedings before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service and the General Treasury of the Republic, as well as in judicial proceedings before the Tax and Customs Courts and the Higher Courts of Justice.
She provides tax advisory services to companies, individuals and foreign employees, with a focus on international taxation and tax matters involving expatriate employees. Her experience includes the design of mobility and tax equalization policies, advising on the hiring of foreign employees and immigration permits, as well as the application of tax treaties and conventions to ensure tax compliance and optimization.
She has actively participated as a speaker in seminars, conferences and academic activities on tax matters organized by universities and specialized institutions, including the Chilean Institute of Tax Law (ICHDT) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
Languages: Spanish (native), English (advanced) and Mandarin Chinese (basic).

Lawyer. Master in Laws (LL.M.) specializing in Tax Law, Pontificial Catholic University of Chile.
Diploma in Accounting and Finance for Non-Specialists, Universidad de Chile.
Course in Coaching Techniques for Collaborative Leadership and Effective Communication, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Diploma in Labour Recruitment and Migration, Universidad de Los Andes.
She has published “The New Setting of Taxes in Chile: Tax Exemption for Individuals” (2014, Legal Publishing Chile) and “Luxury Tax: Practical Application and Jurisprudential Criteria” (2024, Annual Tax Law Review of Universidad Diego Portales).
She is a member of Women in Taxes (WIT), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Chilean Institute of Tax Law (ICHDT), and the Chilean Bar Association.
