Professional experience

Fiscal Attorney. Leader of the Legal and Tax Team at SW Consulting Chile Ltda., with more than 15 years of experience, 7 of them dedicated to tax advisory and litigation defense. Her professional practice has focused on defending taxpayers in audits conducted by the Chilean Internal Revenue Service. Throughout her career, she has led legal strategies in administrative proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service and the Treasury of the Republic, as well as in judicial proceedings before the Tax and Customs Courts and the Higher Courts of Justice.

She provides tax consulting services to companies, individuals, and foreign workers, with a focus on international taxation and tax management for expatriate employees. Her expertise includes the development of mobility policies and tax equalization, advising on foreign employee hiring and immigration permits, as well as the application of tax treaties and agreements to ensure regulatory compliance and tax optimization.

She has participated as an invited speaker at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Alberto Hurtado, sharing her expertise in tax litigation and professional leadership with law students.
